As a Company Let business we can let the entire property and essentially become your tenant for all of the rooms, giving you guaranteed rent every single month thereafter, ensuring peace of mind and security for the landlord.

We would then look to house working professionals, including NHS staff, all of whom will be thoroughly vetted through our 3 strike reference checks.

The one huge benefit, that we believe is worth its weight in gold, is that we can guarantee payment of rent every single month, for up to a 5year period if desired, regardless of whether the rooms are tenanted or not, meaning no voids or concerns for the landlord

Unlike the majority of company let businesses', Casmont does not manage the maintenance of the property, this remains the responsibility of the landlord or the letting agency. This allows us to fully dedicate our time and efforts solely into sourcing the best suited tenants and allows the letting agent or landlord to utilise their established contacts and knowledge in dealing with the day to day maintenance

Above all we really do care about the properties we let and we feel extremely strongly about ensuring the property is well looked after and is treated with respect. Which is why we provide a bi-weekly cleaning service to assist in the up-keep and regularly inspect the property too.
